When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and corresponding rates are displayed at checkout. Available shipping options are via USPS and UPS.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on the carrier service and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes begin on the first business day after the package has been shipped. The day of shipment is not counted toward transit or delivery estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more items. Bulk discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to sale items.

How are discount coupons / discount codes applied?

Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount or coupon may be used per order.

Can I create a fully customized tie headband?

How do I care for my headband?

Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How to wear the tie headbands?

The tie headbands are one size fits all. With the design facings outwards, place the headband on or just above the forehead, then around the head just above the ears, and then tie at the base of the back of the head, comfortably to fit as desired.
