Purchasing

Product Availability
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. All products are subject to availability until your order has been fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified via email.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will begin processing the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. This cut-off time applies to order processing only and does not affect shipping transit times. Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing queue and cannot be modified or canceled.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Please note that custom orders or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. Please note that processing time is separate from transit delivery time.

Tracking Details
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and corresponding rates are displayed at checkout. Available shipping options are via USPS and UPS.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on the carrier service and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes begin on the first business day after the package has been shipped. The day of shipment is not counted toward transit or delivery estimates.

Shipping Availability
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by B3 U ATHLETICS.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping address details are accurate at checkout. B3 U ATHLETICS is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

For packages returned to sender due to an issue with the address provided at checkout, we offer the following options:

  1. Reshipment: Reship the package to the corrected address after customer payment of a new shipping fee. 
  2. Store Credit: Issue a store credit for item value only (excluding original shipping). Personalized items are not eligible.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in a new, resellable condition. Personalized items are excluded.

Once a return has been initiated, a return shipping label will be provided via email. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. 

Return Outcome: Approved returns are issued as store credit, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Returns Due to Incorrect or Defective Items

*Personalized Items: Personalized items are final sale unless received incorrect, not as described, or defective due to an error by B3 U ATHLETICS. 

All Items: If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error by B3 U ATHLETICS, we offer:

  • Free Return: A free prepaid return label to return any such items to us for a full refund including outbound shipping. 
  • Exchange: A free prepaid return label to return any such items to us for an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal or lesser value. The exchange will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
    • Value Adjustments: Lower-value exchanges receive the difference as store credit.

Once a return is initiated, a return shipping label will be sent to your email. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Promotions
Items purchased as part of special promotions (such as “Buy 1, Get 2 Free”) are not eligible for exchanges unless there was an error with the order (e.g., defective or incorrect item received) caused by B3 U ATHLETICS.

Store Credit
Validity Period: Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

Expiration: Any unused balance will expire after 60 days and cannot be extended or reinstated.

Usage: Store credit may be applied to any purchase on our website within the valid period.

Claims Policy
All claims must be made within 30 days of the order date.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Packages not marked as delivered on tracking.
  • Items missing within an order.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and to report any issues promptly.

Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction is important to us. While delays or issues during transit are outside of our direct control, we will assist in working with the carrier to help resolve any delivery-related concerns with the carrier where possible.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, or if your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  • Check your mailbox, as smaller packages are often delivered there
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact us at support@beyouathletics.com for assistance

Packages Lost in Transit by the Carrier
If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered) and remains undelivered 14 days after the shipment date, we will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is not recovered, in virtually all cases, a free full replacement order will be shipped to you at no additional charge. For support, contact support@beyouathletics.com

Fraud Prevention
Order Review: We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent by our system.
